What we do. This website is built to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1, level AA. Before every release we test it automatically with axe-core — ten pages, two window widths, light and dark appearance. Everything can be reached with the keyboard, focus is visible, there is a skip link to the main content, and headings follow a consistent order. If your system settings ask for less motion, you get it: every animation stops. Light and dark appearance can be switched independently of the operating system.
What we do not do. We have not commissioned an external audit or a full manual test with screen readers. We stay away from overlay tools that promise to add accessibility by script — they do not solve the problem, and they load further third-party code onto the page.
Known limitation. The Google map on the appointment page is third-party content in an embedded frame; we have no influence on how it can be operated. It loads only on click, and the same directions are given beside it as a drawn map with labelled points and as text.
