A therapeutic massage on a doctor’s referral costs the same as above. You also receive an invoice to submit with the referral to ÖGK, SVS or BVAEB; how much is reimbursed is decided by your insurer.

Good to know
Which payment methods do you accept?
On site we take cash only. There are cash machines on Franz-Josefs-Kai by Schwedenplatz, a two-minute walk away. If you would rather pay online, book and pay through Treatwell.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes. At the studio you pay for the voucher in cash — either for a particular treatment or for an amount you choose yourself. If you cannot come by, send us an email or a WhatsApp message: we give you our bank details, you transfer the amount, and we post the voucher to you.
Do you accept doctor's referrals?
Yes. We issue an invoice that you can submit together with the doctor's referral to your health insurer (ÖGK, SVS, BVAEB). Please clarify the reimbursement amount with your insurer in advance — ideally have the referral approved before treatment begins.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before your appointment. Bookings made through the Treatwell online reservation system need to be managed directly there.
